SHAH ALAM, Dec 19 — The distribution of seats among parties in Pakatan Harapan (PH) and Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM) will be made by giving priority to the winnable candidate or party.

Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) deputy president Datuk Seri Azmin Ali said this is in line with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between PH and PPBM on Dec 13 to cooperate for the 14th General Election (GE14).

"For a party that has the ability to win in a given area, we will negotiate who should be the candidate,” he told reporters after launching a public transport programme at the State Secretariat building, here today.

On Dec 13, PPBM formed a coalition with three parties in PH namely PKR, DAP and Amanah. — Bernama
