SEREMBAN, Dec 18 — Police want the driver or owner of the Proton Waja car that was involved in a three-vehicle collision at KM261.5 of the North-South Expressway this morning to surrender himself to the Seremban police headquarters to assist investigations.
Seremban police chief ACP Thiew Hock Poh said the 6.15am incident involved a collision between a Perodua Alza, Toyota Rush and the Proton Waja.
"The 24-year-old Perodua Alza driver died on the spot while the Toyota Rush driver escaped injury.
"The Proton Waja driver had fled from the scene and until now has not come forward to provide information on the case,” he said in a statement here today.
Thiew urged anyone with information on the case to contact investigating officer Inspector Nur Zul Fadzliah of the Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Division of the Seremban police headquarters at 06-60333400. — Bernama
