HULU SELANGOR, Nov 26 — A motorcyclist was injured while a food stall and 10 vehicles were ‘swallowed’ by a landslide at Taman Idaman, Serendah here, early today.

Mohd Fareez, 21, has been sent to Selayang Hospital for treatment. Selangor Fire and Rescue assistant director (Operations) Mohd Sani Harul told Bernama when contacted that the stall located in the vicinity and the vehicles which were parked at the roadside fell into a gap caused by the landslide at a nearby foothill.

He said six personnel from the Kuala Kubu Bharu fire and rescue station were dispatched to the scene following an emergency call at 1am.

"We are checking to see whether there are any other victims who may be trapped and search and rescue efforts are being carried out,” he said.

The main road to Taman Idaman has temporarily been closed. — Bernama
