KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 1 — Police have recovered a Lamborghini car, valued at more than RM800,000, which was reported stolen in Jalan Wawasan, Puchong last week.

Serdang district police ACP Megat Mohd Aminuddin Megat Alias said the car was found near the Rawang Toll Plaza at 8pm last Thursday with a 47-year-old man at the wheel.

"It followed the arrest of a 52-year-old man at a restaurant in Jalan Radin Bagus, Sri Petaling, at 5pm the same day,” he said when contacted by Bernama.

Megat Mohd Aminuddin said the two men were detained, but later released on police bail and that police were still investigating.

The Lamborghini was stolen following an accident where the car was rammed by another car. Three men, armed with a machete, drove away with the Lamborghini after its driver, a 31-year-old businessman, got down to discuss on the settlement for the accident. — Bernama
