KUALA LUMPUR, July 28 — Universiti Selangor law professor Dr Abdul Aziz Bari has been summoned for questioning by the police tomorrow morning over remarks made in connection with the United States’ civil action against 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).

"I have been summoned to go to police HQ in Bukit Aman tomorrow,” the constitutional law expert told Malay Mail Online in a brief text message tonight.

He added that the summons was regarding a statement he had made in a news conference last week after Segambut MP Lim Lip Eng filed a police report related to the US Department of Justice’s action.
