ALOR SETAR, July 23 — The number of flood victims in the four affected districts in Kedah is 72 as at 9am today, compared to 85 last night.

Only two centres remained open while 15 have been closed, according to State Disaster Management Committee Secretariat officer Mejar (PA) Imran Azemi.

He said 47 people were being sheltered at Surau Kampung Sungai Lintang in Yan while 25 others from seven families, at Dewan Cenderawasih in Pendang.
