KUALA LUMPUR, May 16 — A salesman was found dead with his limbs bound and surrounded by sex toys at his rented Sri Hartamas condominium yesterday

The 47-year-old man was naked save for a piece of cloth covering his genitals. A preliminary medical examination found indications of “aggressive sex” and concluded asphyxiation was the likely cause of death.

Brickfields police chief ACP Sharul Othman Mansor said the man’s family became anxious when they could not contact him yesterday.

They then called the landlord, who tried unsuccessfully to reach the man yesterday.

The landlord revisited the condominium today and, together with three friends and a security guard, forced open the door and found the body.

Police have classified the case as murder and are looking for the man’s partner.
