KUALA PILAH, Feb 22 — The Sessions Court here today postponed to April 11 the case of a woman who allegedly sliced off her husband's penis.

Judge Sazlina Shafie granted the postponement after the accused, Fatimah Abdullah, 51, changed her plea to not guilty.

The prosecution was conducted by deputy public prosecutor Nabilah Mohammad Zainuddin while Fatimah was represented by counsel J. Gunamalar.

Fatimah pleaded guilty before Sazlina on Jan 28 after the charge of voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapons or means, under Section 326 of the Penal Code, was read out to her by a court interpreter.

The section provides for a maximum 20 years jail and fine or whipping upon conviction. — Bernama
