KUANTAN, Jan 31 — A University Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) student and his father were killed while a housewife was seriously injured in two-vehicle collision in Rompin near here today.

Muadzam Shah UNITEN campus student Muhammad Haziq Janudin, 23, who was driving a Proton Wira, and self-employed Janudin Sukadi, 55, died on the spot in the 11.15am crash at the 105.9km Jalan Kuantan-Segamat.

Nora Rasid, 29, who was at the wheel of a Grand Livina coming from the opposite direction sustained head and body injuries.

Rompin police chief DSP Muhammad Aidil Roneh Abdullah said the bodies were sent to the Muadzam Shah Hospital where Nora was warded in a critical condition. — Bernama
