SONGKHLA, May 14 ― Thai authorities have discovered another camp believed to be used to detain Rohingya refugees at the Thailand-Malaysia border, said to be the biggest camp so far.

The camp, which is believed to have been built a year ago, was found yesterday at Khao Kaew Hill, which is bordering Malaysia, according to a Bernama journalist, who was at the scene.

It is located three kilometres away from the first camp, where 26 bodies of Rohingya nationals were discovered recently.

The newly discovered camp could hold more than 1,000 people.

It has 21 bedrooms, eight toilets, two watchtowers, four stoves and a large hall, which is still under construction. ― Bernama
