KUALA LUMPUR, April 15 — A woman was sentenced to one month’s jail by the Magistrate’s Court here today after she pleaded guilty for offering sex services to a policeman.

Magistrate Mohd Rehan Mohd Aris ordered Lee Cheong How, 34, to serve the jail term from the date of her arrest on April 13.

Lee was charged for offering sex services to Inspector Ahmad Nazri Mohd Adnan, 37, in front of a hotel in Jalan Raja Laut, Dang Wangi, here, at 10.05am on April 13.

The accused who was unrepresented had committed the offence under Section 372 (B) of the Penal Code which carries a one-year jail or fine or both.

Prosecuting Officer Inspector Zuraimi Kamarozzaman appeared for the prosecution. — Bernama
