26 foreigners nabbed in anti-vice ops

KUALA LUMPUR, March 27 — The police arrested 26 foreigners believed to be involved in prostitution at three reflexology and massage centres in Jalan Klang Lama, here yesterday.

Bukit Aman Special Task Force for Anti-vice, Gaming and Gangsterism (STAGG) officer Supt Muhammad Idzam Jaafar said those arrested, aged between 18 and 30 years, comprised 25 teenage girls and a woman.

“The modus operandi is by conducting their immoral activities in special rooms and playing pornographic videos. Services are offered with a price of between RM100 and RM200,” he told reporters.

Meanwhile, Muhammad Adzam said seven local men believed to be guards at the premises and customers were detained to facilitate investigation.

Eighteen Bukit Aman STAGG officers and personnel were involved in the operations which started at 7pm.  — Bernama
