Hue said that Zahida’s counterclaim showed “inconsistencies” and that her documents were “fabricated”.

Zahida was ordered to pay her former driver RM150,000 for damages and RM40,000 for additional costs.

Noor Azman filed a defamation suit against Zahida on November 2013 after the actress accused him of running away with RM200,000.

He claimed that the actress’ allegations was done with bad intention, and that it gave him a bad reputation and jeopardised his future chances in seeking a job.

National news agency Bernama reported that Noor Azman was remanded by the police for four days after Zahida lodged a police report against him.

The actress had later applied to strike out the defamation suit but was dismissed by Hue.
