DUNGUN, Dec 26 — Hospitals in Terengganu have made necessary preparations to receive patients in need of intensive care from Kelantan, said Terengganu Health, Women, Family and Community Development Committee chairman Muhamad Pehimi Yusof.

“I received confirmation from Health Deputy Director (Medical) Dr Mohamad Omar that all preparations have been made to receive patients from hospitals in Kelantan.

“Those in need of intensive care will be transferred to the hospitals in Terengganu to continue with the treatment,” he added.

He said this when met after the presentation of aid to flood victims by the Yang Di-Pertuan Muda of Terengganu, Tengku Muhammad Ismail, at the State Sports Council hall here today. — Bernama
