KOTA KINABALU, Sept 25 — Three law enforcers have been arrested in Sandakan for allegedly raping a 21-year-old Flipino woman

State CID chief Senior Asst Comm Salehhudin Abdul Rahman said a police constable, a civil defence personnel and Rela member were all arrested separately this morning for investigation under Section 376 of the Penal Code for rape.

The victim had lodged a police report yesterday claiming she was approached by the three suspects here on Monday and asked for identification.

“The victim said she could not produce any documents and was then forced to have sex with the three men,” said Salehhudin.

The men were aged between 27 and 37 years old.
