KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 24 — A crane lifting a generator to the roof of a shopping mall in Malacca toppled over early Monday, killing one man on the spot.

The Star reported that the crane’s arm struck a nearby lorry. The driver of the lorry died instantly of serious head injuries.

The victim is said to be an Indonesian driver who had permanent residency status in Malaysia. — Reuters
