Police investigating missing money from MH370 victims’ accounts

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 13 — RM111,000 has been found to be missing from the accounts of four passengers who were onboard missing flight MH370.
The News Straits Times reported that the incident was only discovered by the bank manager on July 18 following an internal audit.
Kuala Lumpur Commercial Crime Investigation Department chief Assistant Commissioner Izany Abdul Ghany told reporters that an internal investigation was carried out by the bank before reporting it to the police on August 2.
The case was being investigated under Section 4(1) of the Computer Crimes Act.
