KUALA LUMPUR, June 16 — A man back-flipped off a pedestrian bridge at Bandaraya LRT this morning, clad only in his underwear.

The Star Online reported that the man, suspected to be either mentally ill or on drugs, was still conscious after he fell even though he sustained some injuries.

A bystander said the man started praying immediately after the fall, saying he heard voices in his head before crawling for about 100 meters toward CIMB headquarters.

Help arrived within 10 minutes, as concerned bystanders had called for the ambulance and the police.

The police said the incident could have been avoided if the public had alerted the authorities sooner.
