SEREMBAN, Dec 6 — Three Lamborghini cars were destroyed in a fire at Km259 of the North-South Expressway (North bound) near the Port Dickson toll plaza exit, here, this morning.

However, the drivers of the three cars managed to get out of their burning cars without any injuries before the cars burst into flames.

A police spokesman said the three cars were believed to be in a convoy with several other luxury cars from Singapore to the north.

He said it was believed that one of the cars in front skidded and crashed into the divider and caught fire before two more vehicles came crashing into the burning car and burst into flames as well.

Seremban Fire and Rescue Department operations chief Fazli Jamaludin said a team of 12 fire fighters and rescue personnel in two fire engines from Seremban 2 and Senawang rushed to the scene after receiving a distress call at 9.57am.

The accident caused a massive traffic jam along the highway. — Bernama
