KUALA LUMPUR, July 4 — Lynas Corporation Ltd said today that it is in compliance of all conditions of the temporary operating licence (TOL) for the Lynas Advanced Materials Plant, near Kuantan.

In a brief statement here, the company said this also included the conditions that were due to be complied with in early July 2013.

Lynas is a multinational, listed company registered with the Australian Stock Exchange.

Its primary focus is to develop and lead the growth of the global rare earth industry by creating a reliable, fully integrated supply of rare earth. — Bernama
