KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 10 — IJM Land Berhad and Amona Group have introduced Enlace Suites II, the newest residential offering in Pantai Sentral Park, building on the success of Enlace Suites I, which has achieved a 70 per cent take-up rate since its launch last year.

Notably, all non-Bumiputera units in the first phase have been sold.

The unveiling of Enlace Suites II was led by IJM Land Berhad chief executive officer Datuk Tony Ling Thou Lung at the IJM Land Centre of Excellence Gallery.

According to Ling, the strong demand for the initial phase showcases buyers’ growing confidence in Pantai Sentral Park’s vision of creating Kuala Lumpur’s premier urban forest township, which merges modern urban living with nature.

Located on a 58-acre master development adjacent to the 252-acre Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi, the new residential project aims to complement the township’s objective of harmonising city life with natural surroundings.

An Urban Park at Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi, being developed by IJM Land, is expected to open by year-end, providing a gateway to the forest reserve.

Enlace Suites II resides within Enlace, the lifestyle precinct of Pantai Sentral Park.
