KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 31 — Malaysia’s premier streetwear convention SneakerLah is evolving. 

In place of its ninth instalment, organisers have announced a bigger, all-encompassing lifestyle festival called LahLahLand 2025, set to take place this weekend, Nov 1 and 2, at the Mines International Exhibition and Convention Centre (MIECC).

Described as a “reimagined version” of the beloved convention, LahLahLand expands beyond sneakers and streetwear to celebrate a diverse range of interests including art, music, sports, gaming, and food, all under one roof. 

The original SneakerLah will now exist as a dedicated segment within the larger festival, ensuring its core sneaker culture remains vibrant while being part of a broader cultural experience.

“You get the best of both worlds – the most hyped sneakers and merch from SneakerLah plus the bigger cultural experience at LahLahLand,” organisers shared in an Instagram post.

The two-day festival is packed with a variety of specialised zones and activities. Highlights include EsportsLah, featuring an esports tournament; SkateLah, with a skateboarding competition and workshops; Main-MainLah, a vibrant toys market and exhibition; and PickleLah, a tournament for the fast-growing sport of pickleball.

Streetwear enthusiasts can look forward to exclusive drops and showcases from top local brands such as Hikari Riders, Aegis, Against Lab, Stoned & Co, and High Cultured.

The festival’s music segment, ConcertLah, also promises a stellar lineup. 

On Saturday, local hip-hop collective RTB will celebrate its 15th anniversary with performances by 53 Universe, Abang Sapau, Hullera, Sicarios, and DJ Vin. Sunday’s stage will feature a diverse array of local acts including Noh Salleh, No Good, Lunadira, Emo Night KL, and Karpet Terbang.

LahLahLand 2025 is a ticketed event. General admission tickets for both days are currently priced at RM30, while VIP tickets, which include early access and exclusive merchandise, are available for RM100.
