KUALA LUMPUR, April 11 — A British woman is seeking an exorcism to escape her ‘ghost husband’ who ‘killed’ their marriage, Daily Mail reported.

Musician Brocarde whose real name is Alayna Salter, 38, claimed to marry a Victorian-era spirit named Edwardo on Halloween last year in an abandoned church.

"The ceremony had an open invite to the living and the dead, which saw the likes of Marilyn Monroe, Elvis and Henry VIII arrive at the chapel,” she told Daily Star.

It seemed their marriage was ill-fated from the start as Salter claimed Edwardo was checking out the ghost of Marilyn Monroe during the ceremony.

"Edwardo just couldn’t resist winding me up and made an inappropriate comment about Marilyn Monroe looking hot,” the singer said.

"I was like, ‘Wow really? It’s our wedding day’. The comment completely ruined my evening.”

In the next five months, Salter posted frequent updates of their activities on social media including a romantic trip to Barry Island in Wales.

However, during the trip, Salter began to see right through her husband as he began all sorts of mischief.

"Edwardo thought he was being passionate and romantic by wrestling me to the ground to frolic in the sand, but I was trying to share my ice cream with him and it went everywhere,” she shared.

"All over my face, in my hair and the of course the sand stuck to it so I looked like I’d had a fight with a giant seagull.”

She added that she had to pay for Edwardo’s alcoholic binging habits as he did not have any earthly money.

Seeking help from a psychic didn’t help either as her husband took negatively to her asking him to ‘take their relationship seriously’.

The couple’s relationship has turned cold as Salter claims that her husband has been stalking and haunting her with ‘sounds of a crying baby’.

She admitted that she did not want to give up on her marriage but was ‘at the end of her tether’, realising her marriage with Edwardo is dead.

Salter is a songwriter, poet, and fashionista whose dark rock songs feature horror elements that are made to ‘make the ears and eyes bleed’.
