PARIS, June 14 — Ready-to-wear label Escada will name Niall Sloan as its new creative director, today, June 14, reports WWD.

The designer will reportedly take up the role from August 1.

Niall Sloan will leave the British specialist boot brand Hunter, which he joined in 2013, on Friday, June 16.

The designer previously worked alongside Christopher Bailey at Burberry for 10 years, where he headed the Prorsum line.

The designer is expected to assist in creating the fall 2018 collection at Escada, with his first full collection to follow for Resort 2019. — AFP-Relaxnews
