LOS ANGELES, March 21 — The American radio personality, TV host and designer is expanding his Ryan Seacrest Distinction collection into casual clothing, or "lifewear”, according to WWD.

From September, Ryan Seacrest’s successful Distinction collection will also offer a sportswear/lifewear clothing line. The label is available exclusively from Macy’s, and the new lifewear range will be offered in 150 stores. This announcement comes six months after the addition of Matteo Gottardi as Creative Director of Distinction.

According to WWD, Gottardi explains that this extension to the collection was designed to offer today’s men "more freedom and flexibility in their dressing because that’s where our culture is today. Everything needs to go together effortlessly.”

Launched three years ago, Seacrest has already experimented in sportswear with a Rio-inspired collection, tied to his position as host of a show that followed the Olympic Games in Brazil. — AFP-Relaxnews
