KUALA LUMPUR, April 2 — Zouk KL is now ranked among the top 30 clubs in the world.

The popular nightlife venue along Jalan Tun Razak moved up 12 places to 26^th place on the annual DJ Mag top 100 clubs list for 2016.

The results were released on March 31 after a worldwide public vote.

Meanwhile, sister club Zouk Singapore remains in the top 10 of the global poll by the authoritative UK dance magazine.

It moved up one slot, from seventh to sixth place, this year.

The world-famous Space on the island of Ibiza in Spain took the top spot, knocking off last year’s winner, Green Valley in Brazil, which fell to second place.

Meanwhile, another Ibiza club, Amnesia, took third place.

The only Asian club to beat Zouk Singapore is Seoul’s Octagon (No. 5), which calls the ‘Hi-So’ Gangnam district home.
