COSTA RICA, Aug 13 ― Jose Delgado is believed to be 115-years-old and despite his poor eyesight, the diminutive man stays active with daily walks and exercise.

Born before proper record-keeping, he lacks some documentation.

However, Luis Bolanos of Costa Rica's Civil Registry says he has proof of the man's age. ― Reuters
