SINGAPORE, July 7 — Ever tried to catch 40 winks, only to have your shut-eye disrupted by the noise of hammering and the sound of children crying next door?

While many of us would be reluctant to admit it, we have probably called our neighbours worse things than “idiot”, as the main character in this Singapore short does, when that happens.

Titled “Neighbours”, it is part of a campaign by the Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM) to remind everyone about the importance of getting to know your neighbours and how a little kindess goes a long way.
