YouTuber CupcakeJemma just made a special recipe in honour of Pancake Day, for all those who like pancakes any time of the day.

It's a fairly easy recipe and Jemma lists the ingredients thus on the YouTube page:

Crepes: 300g plain flour 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp caster sugar 6 lg eggs 900ml whole milk butter+oil for cooking

Ganache: 150 double cream 150g dark choc

Cream fillings: 400g double cream 20g icing sugar 50g Nutella
