LONDON, April 24 — The Daim bar is a crunchy almond toffee bar covered in milk chocolate.
The bar was created by Swedish chocolate brand Marabou in the 1950’s. Known as ‘Dajm’ in most Nordic countries and ‘Dime’ in the UK. The spelling was standardized worldwide to ‘Daim’ in 2012.
The SORTEDfood team took up the challenge to recreate the bar, with a twist.
The team claims that the recipe is so easy to make that instead of being prepared by the team’s chef Ben Ebbrell, the task instead fell to Barry and Jamie, with verbal instructions from Ben.
Watch their hilarious antics as they attempt to recreate this delicious candy.
