LONDON, Sept 14 — Curry dishes isn’t generally known for being healthy, but celebrity chef Jamie Oliver has found a way around that.

He hits the kitchen to show you how to make a healthy chicken curry accompanied by healthier wholegrain rice that will “fill you up with the good stuff”.

He recommends avoiding white rice and white pasta for a healthier lifestyle, and shows viewers a way to steam the vegetables while cooking the rice on the stove.

Instead of coconut milk or santan, which is commonly used in most curries, he switched to yoghurt instead, and used lean chicken breast meat in the recipe.
