NEW YORK, Aug 15 — Irish TV personality, food writer and cook Donal Skehan visited fellow cook Sarah Carey from the YouTube channel ‘EveryDay Food’ in New York City.

Together, they conjured up Carey's epic chocolate cake recipe in her kitchen.

This recipe features cream cheese in its frosting to give it an extra special touch in this video on Skehan's YouTube channel.
