SINGAPORE, July 3 — Muji is bringing its Cafe&Meal concept to Singapore, The Straits Times reported today.
The 122 square metre premises will be located next to the Japanese lifestyle brand’s current outlet at the Paragon shopping mall along Orchard Road, the newspaper added.
The cafe is slated to open on September 5.
Its design will reflect Muji’s minimalist chic approach.
Diners can expect similar menu offerings to what is offered in Cafe&Meal outlets in Japan, with an emphasis on desserts.
There are currently 23 Cafe&Meal outlets in Japan, and four outlets overseas: two in Hong Kong, and one each in Chengdu and Taiwan.
