LOS ANGELES, June 4 — Customers at a new Taco Bell restaurant in the US will soon be able to ask for a ‘cerveza, por favor,' to accompany their burrito.
In addition to adding alcohol to their menu, the new restaurant in Chicago will be significantly more upscale in design, with exposed brick walls, murals, wooden stools, communal tables and pops of teal and purple colour accents, reports The Chicago Tribune.
When the new location opens this summer, the restaurant will serve beer, wine and frozen alcoholic beverages along with the tacos.
Taco Bell is the latest fast food chain to try and woo customers with alcohol offerings. Burger King, KFC and Starbucks also sell booze at select restaurants and stores around the world. — AFP Relaxnews
