LONDON, Sept 6 — Land Rover is offering a first look at its New Discovery, a full-sized, seven-seat SUV.

The vehicle will feature the latest in technology, capability and versatility.

"New Discovery redefines the large SUV,” said Gerry McGovern, Land Rover’s Chief Design Officer, in a statement. "Land Rover’s design and engineering teams have revolutionised the Discovery DNA to create a highly desirable, extremely versatile and hugely capable premium SUV.”

The world premiere of the Discovery will take place on September 28, ahead of the Paris Motor Show.

Land Rover has been manufacturing 4x4s since 1948, and currently has products in 180 global markets. — AFP-Relaxnews
