Chief Justice Tan Sri Arifin Zakaria tells the prosecution that unless the defence had raised a new point during submissions, there is no longer a need to reply.

In response, lead prosecutor Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah says the point he wants to raise is “the distinction between submission and consent.”
