Lawyer Gopal Sri Ram says Hospital Pusrawi physician Dr Osman Abdul Hamid was unfairly attacked.

“He is a foreigner, he had no motive to side the appellant.

“His written note (B16) confirms that PW1 (Saiful) told him plastic device had been used.

“What motive could he have been when he had never even met Saiful before”.
