IPOH, May 18 — The Perak Pakatan Harapan (PH) state exco line-up is believed to consist of five DAP, three Amanah and two PKR representatives.
DAP had the largest share in the line-up after winning all 18 of their contested state seats in the election, while Amanah won six state seats and PKR, four.
PPBM only won one state seat via its chairman, Ahmad Faizal Azumu (in Chenderiang) who was appointed as the state's 12th mentri besar.
Sources from PH revealed that Sungkai assemblyman A. Sivanesan and Pantai Remis's Wong May Ing have been confirmed for the state’s exco post.
Tronoh's Yong Choo Kiong, Tebing Tinggi's Abdul Aziz Bari and Pasir Pinji's Howard Lee Chuan How are among other DAP representatives who will be appointed as state officials.
The three representatives from Amanah who managed to make it onto the exco list are party chairman and Manjoi assemblyman Asmuni Awi, deputy chairman and Sungai Rapat's Datuk Seri Nizar Jamaluddin and Kamunting's Muhd Fadhil Nurudin.
Meanwhile, for PKR, the two standout candidates are two-term assemblyman Tan Kar Hing (Simpang Pulai) and three-term assemblyman Abdul Yunus Jamhari (Kuala Kurau).
The state officials will be appointed by the Sultan of Perak Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah and the swearing in ceremony will be held at the Istana Iskandariah in Kuala Kangsar 5pm tomorrow.
