IPOH, April 11 — Perak Pakatan Harapan (PH) said it will try to salvage non-PKR campaign material so that these may be used by all the pact's candidates here.

State PH chief Ahmad Faizal Azumu said they have ordered flags and banners with the PKR logo, but needed more.

“Therefore, we improvise with what we have. Maybe for the banners which we have already printed out, we will keep the wordings and paste the PKR flag on it,” he said.

He could not estimate how much this had cost, saying each division arranged for their own material.

Last week, PH chairman Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad confirmed that all the pact's candidates will use the PKR logo.

Perak PKR vice chairman Chang Lih Kang said there is still time for allies to print more material.

“But it will be slightly more costly, because the printers have to rush the printing works,” he said.

Earlier, Perak DAP chairman Nga Kor Ming said the decision not to use his party's “rocket” logo was difficult, but has been accepted by most.
