PETALING JAYA, Feb 16 — Those who know national shuttler Datuk Lee Chong Wei well would know the person in the sex video is definitely not him, says former national badminton player Roslin Hashim.

“100 per cent not him (Lee) and many who have watched (the video) know it is not him as well,” Sinar Harian quoted Roslin saying.

Roslin said he knew it was not Lee even before watching the video.

“Before I watched the video, I knew it was not him and (after) watching the video, I see clearly the body figure is not the same as Chong Wei’s,” he said.

“When the video was shared to me via Whatsapp, I laughed when I watched it because I know Chong Wei well and that was not him,” he added.

Roslin hopes the police investigation on the matter will be done thoroughly to ensure Lee’s reputation is not further tarnished.

“I’m not sure whether this is to besmirch Chong Wei’s name or a means to promote his upcoming film. I hope the authorities would carry out a thorough investigation to clear his name,” Roslin said, referring to Lee's biopic Lee Chong Wei: Rise of the Legend, which will be hitting the cinemas next month.

Lee, who is ranked as the World’s number two badminton player has profusely denied the allegations and urged the authorities to investigate the matter.
