SUBANG JAYA, Nov 10 — A bakery manager has been arrested over the alleged rape of his teenage employee after luring her to his home on the pretext of collecting some items.
In the 11am incident on October 24, the manager of the bakery in Seri Kembangan, near here, had picked up the 17-year-old girl and took her to his home in Puchong Prima.
He allegedly coaxed her into entering his home and follow him into the bedroom, where he grabbed and hugged her before pushing her onto the bed and raped her.
She tried to escape after the suspect allegedly raped her a second time in the toilet and forced her to take a shower with him.
The man warned her not to talk about the incident but she lodged a police report two days later.
Subang Jaya police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohammad Azlin Sadari said the suspect was arrested at a hotel in Puchong at 3.45am yesterday.
In Johor Baru, a 47-year-old father was arrested yesterday for allegedly raping and sexually abusing his two daughters, aged three and nine, at their family home in Kampung Melayu Majidee.
The suspect was nabbed at 4am following a short chase and struggle by a team from the Johor Baru South serious crimes division in Jalan Padang, Kampung Melayu Majidee.
It was learnt the suspect had fled the house after he caught his eldest daughter, aged 14, peeping through the bedroom window and recording the alleged incident on her mobile phone at about 8pm on Wednesday.
