KUALA LUMPUR, June 20 ― The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has summoned Tan Sri Isa Samad for its investigation on alleged abuse at Felda Global Ventures Holdings (FGV).
The Star Online news portal reported MACC deputy chief commissioner (operations) Datuk Azam Baki as confirming that the former FGV chairman will be interviewed tomorrow morning at the commission's office in Putrajaya.
The MACC has already recorded the statement of Datuk Zakaria Arshad, who was suspended as FGV chief executive on June 6.
Isa resigned as FGV chairman yesterday and was subsequently appointed as the acting chair of the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD).
Tan Sri Dr Sulaiman Mahbob was named acting FGV chairman to replace Isa.
