NEW DELHI, June 13 — A small startup in India has created a curry cooking robot that may help reduce time spent in the kitchen.
Speaking to Bloomberg, CEO of Nymble Labs Raghav Gupta said an Indian person usually spends about 13 hours a week cooking.
Breaking down the cooking process into simpler steps, the startup has been able to create a curry cooking robot which they claim is able to take over the monotonous parts of cooking, hence freeing Indians from their cooking shackles.
The robot works like a crockpot with inbuilt artificial intelligence which allows full customisation according to an individual’s preferred taste.
The robot is still in its prototype stage and is targeted to hit the market in 2018.
