KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 10 — If you’ve been hoping and wishing for more Urban Decay stores like the rest of us, you’ll be glad to know that two more stores are coming your way soon!
That’s right ladies, Urban Decay will be launching two new freestanding stores with the first one set to open in IOI City Mall at Putrajaya on November 26. UD fans down South will be glad to know that the other new store will be opening at Aeon Tebrau City Shopping Centre in Johor Baru early December.
And of course with Urban Decay, you can expect the new space to be more than just a store: It’s the ultimate beauty hangout. From the custom purple laminate and bevelled glass to a luxuries drawer system that allows anyone easy access to the myriad of products available, one will surely be spoilt for choice.
And to further tempt you, Urban Decay has planned something special in conjunction with the opening: The first 50 fans in line at the storefront will walk away a free Vice Lipstick worth RM70 each.
Plus, you’ll be in the running to win the ultra-limited-edition Naked Vault Volume II palette with a minimum purchase of RM350.
And the icing on the cake? You won’t even need to drive to the store: You can grab a free GrabCar ride (worth RM10) to IOI City Mall between November 26 till December 1 by using the promo code “IOIURBANDECAY”. Plus, you’ll get a sampler when you flash your GrabCar ride receipt at the Urban Decay store.
And in a first, Urban Decay will be offering makeovers on wheels! In collaboration with GrabCar, UD fans who book a GrabCar (key in the code “URBANDECAY” in the app’s promo field) between December 2 to 4 will be picked up in a black Alphard complete with an UD makeup artist and a range of newly-launched Holiday products on board.
Not only will you score a quick fix from the makeup artist, you might even be surprised to find a celebrity guest in the car who’ll share some awesome makeup tips and tricks (the celebrity will be in the car for three rides daily).
Now ladies, isn’t that enough reason for you to check out the new stores. For more details, check out the Urban Decay Malaysia Facebook page here.
