LOS ANGELES, June 22 — If you couldn’t get enough of Downton Abbey, you’ll be glad to know that a film is in the works with production most likely to begin in 2018.

The president of NBCUniversal International Studios Michael Edelstein, while attending the Downton Abbey: The Exhibition in Singapore, revealed that plans for the movie had been in process for some time.

“There’s a movie in the works. It’s been in the works for some time,” he was quoted by The AP as saying.

“We are working on getting the script right. And then we’ve got to figure out how to get the (cast) together.
