LOS ANGELES, March 2 — A new trailer has been released for a psychological drama starring Richard Gere, Laura Linney and Steve Coogan.
Based on the bestselling novel by Herman Koch, the film revolves around a prominent politician and his brother, a former history teacher, who with their wives meet at a fancy restaurant for dinner and discuss the crimes that were committed by their sons, captured on video and shocked the nation.
Gere’s character wants to go public and expose the truth, but his brother fights to protect his family.
“What will he become if he gets away with this?” Gere wonders aloud.
