LOS ANGELES, Nov 1 — With Back to Black now in its 10th anniversary year, record label Island and the Amy Winehouse Foundation are inviting fans to cover four tracks from the singer’s acclaimed breakthrough album.

Instrumental versions of Back to Black, Rehab, Tears Dry On Their Own and Just Friends have been made available by Island via a cloud-sharing service (po.st/BacktoBlack10INST).

Fans’ cover versions are to be uploaded to YouTube, the Amy Winehouse Foundation said, and entered into the competition via the Foundation’s website.

Facebook pages AmyWinehouse, AmyWinehouseFoundation, and official Twitter account AmysFoundation will also be promoting the event via a suggested #BacktoBlack10 hashtag.

The contest runs until January 31, 2017, and one winner — announced on February 15 — will be given the opportunity to record their version professionally. All proceeds from the event go towards the Amy Winehouse Foundation. — AFP-Relaxnews
