The clip starts off just fine with Adam Driver and Cecily Strong belting out A Whole New World while soaring through the sky. Things really take a turn after that when they realise the carpet ride is not so magical in real life where birds and airplanes share the skies.
Watch as Jasmine gets hit in the face by a bird, has a bomb fall on her head and is on the receiving end when an airplane empties its toilet onto her.
Top that off with a sudden loss of altitude that calls for an emergency landing and you’ll totally agree that the ride was not shining, shimmering, or splendid at all!
