LOS ANGELES, Dec 27 — It seems that the patience of Guns N’ Roses fans might soon be rewarded.

New York Daily News reported today that the metal band have updated their official website with the group’s classic logo from their seminal 1987 debut album.

Meanwhile, website Ultimate Classic Rock claimed that clips of the band’s Welcome to the Jungle video are playing in some US cinemas before some screenings of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Couple this with coy tweets on the band’s official Twitter as well as a new Facebook profile picture and all signs seem to indicate that a long-awaited reunion is imminent.

According to ConsequenceofSound.net, speculation is rife that the band could reunite for Coachella 2016.

Currently, the only original member left in the group is front man Axl Rose, who clashed with guitarist Slash and his other bandmates during the band’s heyday in the early ‘90s.

The original GNR lineup last performed together during an August 1993 concert in Argentina.

In May, Slash told CBS This Morning that his relationship with Rose had taken a turn for the positive.

He said, “[Axl and I] haven’t really talked in a long time. But a lot of the tension that you were talking about has dissipated. We don’t have all those issues anymore.”

Slash also left the door open for a possible reunion, adding it was possible “if everybody wanted to do it for the right reasons.”
