KUALA LUMPUR, June 17 — Malaysian Star Wars fans received an unexpected surprise from the official Star Wars Facebook page. A Star Wars-themed greeting picture was posted up, congratulating the country for its Sea Games medal haul.
The picture, which stated “Congratulations, Malaysia” displayed the country’s medal tally. Along with the picture, the Facebook admin also wrote “The Force is strong in this one.”
It is likely the Force-themed greeting is alluding to Malaysia's fourth-ranking in the Games. Whatever the reason, Malaysian Star Wars fans had cause to feel very special indeed.
